Thomas has over 30 years of commercial development experience including hotels, multi-family, condominiums, mixed use developments, retail super centers, subdivision developments, and HUD projects. Thomas is a widely respected expert in the field of tax credits, and has completed many development projects involving New Market, Historic Rehabilitation, and Low-Income Housing Tax Credits. Thomas strives to implement development projects that invigorate neighborhoods, increase property values, and provide excellent returns for his clients. Thomas has a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Dayton and a MS in Real Estate Development from Columbia University.
Brian Brockman

Brian has over 15 years in asset management experience and has sold distressed assets for several local, national, and international financial institutions. Over the last 5 years, Brian has grown his two person real estate sales team in Cincinnati, OH into a nationally recognized firm expert in the sale of distressed real estate. Brian is known for finding solutions and repositioning assets to maximize their value while mitigating risk for his clients. Brian has sold a former hospital, golf course, car wash, churches, and abandoned apartment buildings that many other brokers refused or failed to market effectively. Brian also specializes in the analysis, acquisition, and sale of single family residential loan and REO pools. Brian is a real estate broker in Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Pennsylvania, Louisiana, Mississippi, and Florida. Brian has a dual BSBA in Finance and Economics from Xavier University.
